I don’t mean messing around with them, I mean intercourse with a butt plug in. This is an exercise for women although there are variations. A man with a butt plug can fuck with the enhancement of the stimulation from the plug. It can be increased with a vibrator plug, a shaped vibrator plug or an enhancing enema. Certainly fellatio with a butt plug is greatly enhanced.
Females can be used either with dildos, strap-ons or true intercourse. The variations are probably greater for females [three easily available adjacent portals].
